Ps3 Will Be Able To Handle 3D Blu-ray

I just hit my head in just the ceiling after reading this: The Blu-ray Disc Association has announced that the Playstation 3 is about to be fully compatible with 3D standards. It is incredible news for Playstation 3 proprietors, who will likely not have to shell out cash for a fresh player for 3D movies. According to the newly-released specs, Sony's console will play motion pictures in 3D 1080p, whilst working with any and each and just about every type of 3D display. That includes LCD, plasma and projection in complete HD, while enabling for 2D playback on both recent and 3D players. Adding to the enjoyable are going to be 3D menus and navigation, giving PS3 proprietors the full futuristic encounter. The crazier element is that most latest Blu-ray players will not support 3D. That means your buddy's standalone Blu-ray player will likely be useless, while you are going to enjoy Playstation 3 games and 3D movement pictures on your exisiting console. It is sure to piss off those proprietors but you will not hear me complaining. Clearly you may still need to buy a Tv to help the 3D capability, but hey, half the battle has alreadybeen won. There's no release date for 3D movement pictures yet, but further announcements are optimistic to abide by. In the meantime, Playstation 3 owners can rest easy and appear forward towards long term of watching 3D motion pictures with their console. It also adds bragging rights within the PS3-Xbox 360 debate and provides existing Blu-ray proprietors some thing to whine about. So, PS3 owners... Excited? And understanding this, will you buy a Tv to support 3D movies? Be specific to check out Playstation 3 gaming arenas. They have almost everything from NBA 10 to Fight Night Round 4 and lots of live video games opponents waiting for your personal challenge. Begin playing!
